For any feedback or refund requests for online deliveries, please contact us via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
We will refund the full amount for any products that have not met our quality guarantee, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. However, we do ask that our customers advise us within 7 days of receiving delivery.
All refunds will be credited back to the account the customer made payment with and will appear in 2-3 business days of the items being returned. Please have your order number ready when corresponding.
In-Store Refund & Returns
If you have any feedback regarding in-store purchases, please contact us in store. All decisions involving refunds are made at the store managers' discretion.
Please note that refunds can only be processed back on the same card or mode of payment used for an online order. If not applicable, an online credit in the form of an e-gift card can be issued.
Please choose carefully at your time of purchase as any ‘Change of Mind’ on an item will need to be discussed and returned to the store either in person or at your own postage cost before a refund can be given. ‘Change of Mind’ on an item must be completed within 1 week of time of purchase.
We will aim for orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 days of your online purchase, subject to availability. We use Australia Post for all deliveries around the country.
By agreeing to using the Australia Post Service for shipping Customers agree to the responsibility of the arrival of the package being that of Australia Post and not of Beaches Health Foods.
