Directions for Use
Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
- Preventative dose : Take once daily.
- Treatment dose: Take 3-4 times daily.
- Adults: 3-5ml
- Children 6-12 yrs: 1.5-2.5ml (or use Children's Echinature®).

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g. chamomile, artichokes, and daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
