Spirulina is the most nutritious whole food on the planet. It is a rich source of potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, sodium and zinc. It is known to increase energy levels. Spirulina contains about 60% complete protein containing all essential amino acids, though with reduced amounts of methionine, cysteine and lysine when compared to the proteins of meat, eggs and milk. It is, however, superior to typical plant protein, such as that from legumes. Rich in GLA, it also contains important B complexes including bioavailable B12. Spirulina contains many pigments which may be beneficial, including beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, chlorophyll-a, xanthophyll, plus the phycobiliprotein c-phycocyanin.

Da-Wu is the ideal location for certified organic Spirulina production.
Directions for Use
Can be shaken into fruit juice, blended with fruit or stirred into yoghurt.
