Femular Forte is a non-hormonal phytotherapeutic formulation clinically proven to relieve a range of menopause symptoms, including hot flushes, night sweats, irritability, mild anxiety, sleeplessness, fatigue, and joint pain.
Research shows reduced menopausal symptoms as early as 1 month, with significant relief shown at 3 months and continued improvement over 9 months.
Femular Forte contains an exclusive extract from the plant Actaea racemosa, also known as Black cohosh. The specific extract used in the Femular range– known as Ze 450® – is well tolerated and has been researched in multiple clinical studies to relieve menopausal symptoms during all stages of menopause.

Dosage & Directions for Use
- For moderate to severe symptoms: 1 Femular Forte in the morning with or after a meal. Take your medicine at about the same time each day.
Femular products can be taken during all stages of menopause for a broad range of menopausal symptom relief.
For best results, Femular products should be taken for a minimum of 3 months. Research has shown that Femular and Femular Forte provides increasing relief of symptoms over time with relief seen as early as 1 month and continued improvement shown at 3 and 9 months.
Active Ingredient
Each tablet of Femular Forte contains:
- Actaea racemosa (Ze 450) extract dry concentrate 13 mg equivalent to dry root and rhizome 84.5 mg
Contains a very small amount of lactose (44mg) in each tablet.
Contains no added gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, artificial flavours, colours or sweetners.
Interactions
There are no known interactions reported between Femular or Femular Forte and other medications. However, if you are currently on HRT/MHT (hormone replacement therapy/menopause hormone therapy) it is not recommended to take Femular or Femular Forte, unless under supervision of your health professional.
Cautions
Femular products with the specific extract Ze 450 are well tolerated based on clinical research and years of use worldwide.
If you have liver disease or a history of liver damage it is important to speak with a healthcare professional before taking Femular or Femular Forte. In very rare cases, Black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you experience yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using Femular or Femular Forte and see your doctor.
